  • Can I order online and pick up in-store?

    We do not have a physical store location. We ship all our products to the customer.

  • What payment options do you have?

    Payment options include credit and debit cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Yes, same-day delivery is offered through our Amazon listing. The availability depends on your location, and the cut off times.


  • How long do I have to return a product?

    **30-Day Return Policy**


    We provide a 30-day return window for all purchases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you.


    To initiate a return, please email us at gleaming.kidstoys@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


    **Return Conditions** 

    To qualify for a return: 

    - Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

    - A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

    - Requests for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 

    - Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the item. 


    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


    **Refund Process** 


    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us at gleaming.kidstoys@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


    You will need to cover the return shipping costs, and if your order does not arrive due to an error on your part, such as providing an incorrect address, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Returns that arrive without their original packaging or that do not pass inspection may also be declined.


    Once we receive and review your item, we will inform you of the status. If everything is in order, we will process your refund, which is typically issued as credit for future purchases. Please allow up to 10 to 12 business days for this to appear in your account.



  • How do I change an order date?

    The order date cannot be changed after purchasing.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

    Check your spam or junk folder, and verify that the correct email address was used during checkout. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please contact us to confirm your order and request a resend.

  • How can I check the status of my order online?

    Look for a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number or a link to track your order. Please contact customer service with your purchase details for help.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Please contact customer service at gleaming.kidstoys.com or if the product has been shipped, wait for the order to arrive so you can return it.
